In the begining we were shown different species of plant, different type of trees. The one that interest me was a tree which leaf smells like fried garlic! It was so addictive and also the rubber tree, just coz it oozes out white wax, which looks like s*@^! =) we walked for hours since 9.30 until 12.00. After that we reached the canopy walk, it looked really unstable and coz of my fear of height, well...it wasnt a pleasant feeling! Each phase stop had a minimum weight of 8 person and for some of us who couldnt care less, just went on not keeping to the intructions told!!!
After the canopy walk, we went all the way down towards the waterfall, and had a "dip" in it and by 2.00pm we went on the bus to have lunch at KFC, but me, shahid, lola, alia, sarah n saady went to McD instead! after lunch we got back to college.

FRIM ( Forceful Ride In Mothernature) Intro
Yes, frim..
i didnt thought it was gonnabe a hell of a ride
well, it wasnt just the frim..it was my entire day!
started off when i woke up in the freezing cold room of 15123 resort Suite Sunway Tower Hotel, i stayed overnight near college because daddy had a free 1 night voucher, so wth rite, go for it!
as usual i was running late. rushed to the foyer as fast as the wheels cud go, made it but at 7.30, i was late for 20minutes. everyone was present except Mr.Sect. and the Bangladesh-ian. We had to arrive earlier than the rest because of the photo taking session and offcourse to disccuss the trip to frim, (there was nuthing to disccuss about anyway, just give us the damn group name and thats about it!) duh!!!
so me, sharmie and saady (names have been change due to personal effect it may inflict upon the persona of the ppl) had our external activity photoshot, and again the cameraman/wo-man, is non other that Michy. We took and took at different angle, the "Kami" position, the "boyband" position, the " rocker stand" position,and the 2nd floor position..then came the group photo! thank god Dr. Wong (director a-lvl) made it!!! without her, the picture would be in-complete!!!!
and so we left at 8.35-ish..u know (malaysian timing is always delayed) we waited for the other A-lvl-ians to arrive, and Tracy didnt know what time she should be there, (what!!!read the form man!!) so, at she decided not to come, because she was still at home..with some convincing speech, me and michy couldnt convince her, but in reality we had other jobs to do, so we have to move on with the rest.
Bus left, and (thank god i manage to change into shorts b4 it left) we sat on the bus, talking, n talking..and more talking..well, Alia is actually quite an interesting person, with me insulting her now and then, she is a force to be reckon with, coz she has a mouth full of fist punch too!!!! (whack!) but the fact was, she had "back-ups" from Lola "Lorenzo"!!! and i just uttered "what happen to bros before wHores"?
after a period of 30min, we finally arrive at the camp..and now the..well, the "fun" begins....
It started of with everyone, mostly girls goin to the toilet, and what a que it was! After that, we made a circle and decided to have a random morning excersice!!! it was a good warm up especially to get the students excited " we let them do the excersice in the middle of the circle while everyone followed. after loosening them up, the tour guide, (forgot ur name) had a little introduction and then proceded on with our journey...
In one row..we ventured into a Forceful ride in mothernature... =)
